Venues We Work in Northeast Florida
We are not a venue-exclusive vendor. These are rooms we have worked and know — which means knowing the load-in, the power and how the space behaves when it is full.
Knowing a venue is worth more than it sounds. It is the difference between arriving with a plan and arriving with a van full of options.
Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club
San Marco, Jacksonville
A waterfront estate club on the St. Johns River, with ceremony space outdoors and reception rooms indoors. Outdoor ceremonies there need battery ceremony audio and lapel mics that hold up against wind off the river, and a separate reception system that is set and tested before guests move inside.
Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa
Ponte Vedra Beach
A resort property that runs conferences and weddings in the same week, so load-in windows are tight and the room is often flipped around you. We build to the resort’s schedule, run our own power distribution, and keep the rig clean enough to sit in a photo.
World Golf Village
St. Augustine / St. Johns County
Large ballroom and atrium spaces with high ceilings and long reverb tails. Coverage matters more than volume here: we place speakers for even coverage across the room rather than pushing one loud pair from the front.
Not on the list?
That is normal and it is not a problem. We work new venues constantly across Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine and Amelia Island.
When a venue is new to us we do the homework before the day: we call the venue directly about load-in windows, power, rigging rules and what they allow for effects, and we work from the floor plan rather than guessing at coverage.
Send us the venue name with your enquiry. If we have worked it, we will tell you what we know about the room. If we have not, we will tell you that too — and then go and find out.
What we ask every venue
How long is the load-in window, and is there a service entrance or is it through the front? Where is the power, what circuits are available, and is anything else sharing them? Are cold sparks, dry ice fog or haze permitted, and does the venue need notice or documentation? What is the curfew? Is there a house system, and does it have to be used or can it be bypassed? Who is the on-site contact on the day and what is their number?
None of that is glamorous. All of it is why an event runs.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Chris (mc) and Danley (dj/lighting/effects) for a wedding this fall. They handled the audio for the ceremony, hyped the crowd for introductions, kept the energy elevated on the dancefloor until last call.
