Every wedding is priced on its own — hours, rooms, guest count and how far we travel all move the number. These are starting points so you can see roughly where you sit before you talk to anyone.

Every package already includes the DJ, the MC, sound and on-site operation. These are the extras, priced so you can see what each one costs before you decide.

Package prices are starting points for weddings in the Jacksonville area. Longer days, additional rooms, early load-ins and travel beyond Northeast Florida are quoted on the event. Looking for equipment only, with no DJ or operator? That is sound and PA rental.
What moves the price
Hours and rooms. A ceremony outside and a reception inside is two systems, not one. So is cocktail hour in a separate space.
Guest count and room size. A ballroom for three hundred needs more coverage than a hundred-guest barn — more boxes, more power, a longer load-in.
Load-in window. Some venues let us in at noon; some flip the room an hour before guests arrive. Tight windows need a second pair of hands.
Effects and venue rules. Cold sparks and fog are fine in most Northeast Florida venues, but some prohibit them or require notice. We check before you pay for them.
Travel. Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine are our normal range. Further out is quoted on the event.
What we will not do
We will not quote you a headline price and then add a "setup fee", a "travel fee" and a "lighting fee" after you have signed. The quote you get is the number.
We will not take a date we cannot staff properly. If the only way to cover your wedding is to send one person to do a job that needs two, we will tell you the date is not available.
We will not sell you effects your venue has already banned. That conversation happens before the invoice, not on the day.
